Shipping policy

 Shipping and Processing Information

Shipping and processing take approximately 5-8 business days, with shipping times of 3-4 business days. Please note that orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases, shipping may occur sooner, but these time frames represent the maximum time for your package.

For all dessert orders, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your package arrives on time and does not sit at the post office over the weekend. 

Upon arrival, if you ordered a cheesecake jar, please refrigerate it to maintain its texture and taste. Buttercream icing filling is best enjoyed at room temperature. 

All desserts are freshly cooked and baked upon ordering. 

**Note:**The maximum number of cake jars per order is 12.

**Please note that while your shipping label may be created promptly, it does not necessarily mean your package has been dispatched to the post office immediately. We continue to adhere to our stated shipping policy.**
