Shipping & Processing Policy
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Orders are shipped Monday–Tuesday only. Receiving tracking information does not mean your package has shipped; it simply confirms your order is being prepared. Please allow the full processing time before your order is shipped.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Class access and materials are for individual use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
Due to the nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns. However, if your cookies arrive not as described, please contact us so we can make it right.
